Diplo: Neue LP im März

US-Künstler Diplo hat ein neues Album angekündigt: das neue Werk erscheint am 4. März und ist selbstbetitelt. Es wird in einer offiziellen Aussendung als sein erstes Solo-Album mit elektronischer Musik seit 2004 und „Florida“ bezeichnet. Wir erinnern uns: Diplo hat 2020 mit „MMXX“ einen Ambient Longplayer rausgebracht und im gleichen Jahr mit „Snake Oil“ eine Compilation im Country-Pop-Bereich. Nun also das neue Solo-Werk: auf „Diplo“ gibt es hochkarätige Kollaborationen zu hören: etwa mit Jungle, Busta Rhymes, Elderbrook und Little Yachty. Im März sind bei Diplo übrigens auch einige Live-Termine in Europa geplant.
